In doing so, we guaranty that the ingredients have the highest quality and flavour, allowing our team to be creative and bring a special touch to classic Portuguese recipes.
We work closely with local producers and fishermen that maintain sustainable practices. In doing so, we not only ensure the freshest products but we hope to contribute to the preservation of the land's and sea's delicate ecosystems.

A unique and exclusive experience to share on a special evening, sitting around the fire while the chef prepares dinner in front of you. Natural and fresh ingredients are the main characters in this sublime moment. Fresh herbs and vegetables are picked daily from our biological garden, and the best fish and meat are chosen from local producers. The aromas of the flowers and herbs that come in through the restaurant windows – located right in the middle of the garden, envelop the senses and are savored in the innovative dishes created by the chef. Ancestral cooking techniques, like fire and slow cooking, together with a profound respect for the ingredients, enhance the best the land has to offer.
