Objective

The project aims to adjust the activity of the Hotel Sublime Comporta, adapting its processes and the relationship with its guests, guaranteeing maximum security for them and their employees in the context of a COVID-19 outbreak.

Activities

In order to achieve the project's objectives, investments are planned in several areas:

Adaptation of Hotel Sublime Comporta's marketing strategy;

Contactless check-in, check-out and to reduce contact between employees and customers with surfaces and objects for community use;

Digitalization of accommodation and guest monitoring processes;

Contactless hygiene;

Sneeze Guards;

Ozone generators; and

Disinfection services.

Expected results

With this project, it is intended to adapt the business in order to ensure compliance with best practices in terms of prevention and standards applicable to the sector and the hygiene of its facilities.
